This Art Nouveau building has been completely rebuilt and renovated after a fire in 1904. Sandstone and the harmony of the front give the four floors building, hosting apartments from about 75 sqm to 107 sqm,a very well maintained, prestigious and elegant appearance.

The completely renovated stocked slate roof, dormer and tower room complete this picture from the outside. The front is located with an unobstructed view of the breathtaking beautiful Moselle.
